The beef bowl was an overpriced disappointment - I paid for both sweet and hot peppers and the bowl was swimming in HOT giardinera and had a single slice of bell pepper in it. I essentially paid over $1.50 for a single slice of bell pepper.
The beef bowl at Buona is 100x better that what I got from Portillos

The delivery was flawless - Right to my hotel door in an uncrushed bag with everything in the bag intact as it should be. (Kudos to the DoorDash delivery person!) The Italian Beef Sandwich was dipped, wrapped in paper, then foil, then a plastic bag to ensure that it's beefy goodness would not spill into the paper bag. The Cheese Fries came with plenty of cheese that I was able to add to my Italian Beef Sandwich. This is the way.

Spaghetti was HORRIBLE nothing but NOODLES wit small amount if meatsauce...Italian sausage was BURNT BKACK and inedible to eat( cost 6.75 a piece!!) whole meal COMPLETE GARBAGE and I should've requested refund...I threw majority of it away!!.. They obviously don't care to be selling this NONSENSE despite there OVERPRICED items!!

We get Portillo's often. The salad was soggy made with old lettuce. The beef's had a weird taste to them and the bread was stale. Unsure what it was entirely but both my husband and I thought it was not good at all. We won't be re ordering anytime soon.
Our fries were good though.

I ordered ribs and I got BBQ sauce with some ribs in it. Ridicules. I ordered onion rings and I got 6 rings and half gallon of some ridicules sauces as well.
