The food was excellent except we did not get the beef and cheddar croissant we ordered. There was a sandwich but it was Italian beef which means my grandson will be very disappointed when he gets home. The onion rings and fries were crisp and hot still. The beef sandwiches were overflowing with meat.

Salad has nothing but lettuce. The chicken pieces are HARD. I hadto microwave the whole thing. The bread is VERY hard. Im at work waiting forkunch . Go to portillos often. This is a horrible way to pack a meal. The bag was open, the bread bag was also open and pieces of the lettuce were hanging out the package. Please refund my $14 .

I got two cheese sauces and they both were barley filled. . whats the point of spending over a dollar for barley filled cups. I basically only got one these sauce.. fries were gross as well . Cheese SauceCheese Fries

I order for my breaks during my work shift and I feel as though they may have caught onto the fact and they have started over filling my fries and such and it is truly just amazing!<3 felt the store deserved a little praise for doing a little extra for absolutely no reason!! Highly appreciate whichever employee blessed me with an extra large portion!

I tried the breakfast menu. I got a side of Baconwhich was very crispy and fresh. The Polish Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Meal was a good portion side, the hashbrowns crispy and the coffee delicious.The Polish Sausage was a little cold and the cheese was a gunky texture. The egg was well seasoned, and the bread was a bit tough. Overall, I wouldn't get the breakfast again,but would still get lunch.
