taste was good for the most part. portions have definitely gotten smaller and more expensive. the food was definitely fresh. polishes weren't really cooked well enough. not undercooked persay but not as grill charred as the Midwest locations. charging extra for peppers is wild considering yours is the first location ive ever seen do it and yall forgot to put them in the bag. been eating at portillos since I was 5 and serviced their kitchens in my early 20s. the food is not as good as the other locations. not bad just needs more attention I think. cant say anything for the service since I used door dash which sucks.

the Chocolate Cake Slice gets me everytime. It's huge! Perfect to share or eat by yourself and tastes incredible, if you're a cake lover :P its so moist. The rest are bonuses and just as delicious.

Tastes like chicago! Vienna beef dogs, fresh toppings, and of course a shake of celery salt. Usually I get a wet Italian beef with extra au jus , but sometimes it's nice to switch it up with the Italian Beef & Cheddar Croissant - yum!

Portillos has THE best Italian beef sandwich I've ever had. And before now I'd go to an Italian Deli in Phoenix but Portillos is by far better than the other place!

the Chili Cheese Fries were mush,no actual fry shape to be seen and the chili tasted like it came out of a can. the Char Grilled Maxwell Street Polish Sausage was beyond char grilled and just flat out burnt black and dry, also wasn't prepared correctly with toppings we didn't order. the Italian Beef Sandwich didn't have any gravy and it wasn't on the side either, so it was dry and there was very little cheese added for an upcharge. used to love this place but the quality isn't there anymore.
