i've ordered here a few times and it has been so amazing, the taste of the burger and the juiciness but today i tried the Rodeo Burger and that one was my favorite, it has a rich flavor to it🙂👍

The beef & cheddar croissants just hands down amazing ! I'd like to see the croissants available on more sandwich options though. The portions are fair for the price. We order often and will continue to. Always hot and freshly made. You have an amazing team and great quality!

Absolutely love love the Italian beef sandwiches!! And the Gravy Bread, dont even get me started!!! Our family is obsessed!! Always, always great food and when i pick up food vs having it delivered, they are always fast and never ever make me pull around and park like others constantly do. Its incredibly annoying and portillos has never ever done this to us. So often anymore employees at establishments forget that customer service is key to a business. It creates not only a great legacy for the business, but it also creates word of mouth advertising and repeat customers just to name a few. Recently poor cust. service has completely turned us off a few places sadly, however Great customer service ALWAYS makes us appreciate and patron a business even more and such is the case with Portillos! The customer service is always great! The food is always consistent and amazing every single time! YUM!! We seriously cant get enough!

Order the Plant-based Garden Dog with Onion rings. The hotdog reminded of a real chicago hotdog. Spicy but good. The poppyseed bun was fresh not stale. The onion rings were cold.
I would order again and skip the onion rings.

Ridiculously over priced for what you get. Meat was so-so and sausage had a funny taste/smell to it. The 5 1/2 onion rings for approximately a $1 per ring were overcooked and hard as rocks. Almost chipped a tooth. Had to throw them down the disposal. Cake was not bad. First and last time ordering here.
