Always great food and one of the best values on doordash. Consistent quality too. Have only had "issues" once - they were clearly getting slammed hard at the restaurant and the employees were doing great weathering the storm. No kitchen would be flawless that night.

Huge quantities with the large Italian Beef Sandwich . Onion rings were tasty & Chicken Tenders were white meat and very crisp!

I brought a bacon cheeseburger and a hot dog. The first time buying a burger and it is bomb. It's a nice size burger really good y'all 😋. I brought a strawberry malt which is off the change. I love Portillo's. I am from Chicago so I am pleased that I can get their food in MN.

Onion rings could use more actual onion but were okay and crispy.
Hot dogs with "everything" on them didn't travel well so I will forego tomato next time. Shake (malt style) is huge and tasty.

I get Portillos often in Chicago and the Italian beef resembles the photo; however, the one that I received in Roseville, MN lacked approximately half the meat that the sandwich in Chicago consistently provides. The sandwich is pretty pricey and due to the lack of meat, I had to peel a lot of the bread off as the meat to bun ratio was way off. I am not sure if Portillos is instructing staff to measure meat by the ounce or something but something has definitely changed. If this is system wide, then the policy should be changed. I understand that this could be a MN thing. What an awful experience. Had it not been raining, I would have driven back to the store to have them remake it.
