THIS PORTFOLIO'S IS SO GOOD AND FRESH IT MAKES YOU WANNA SLAP YO MAMA! OMG! DO THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH EVERYTHING! WELL PORTIONED AND SUPER HOT ! PEOPLE THIS IS THE BEST WHEN IT COMES TO RIBS THAT FALL OFF THE BONE, SUPER FRESH SALADS, TASTY HOT FRIES AND A SODA THAT JUST RIGHT! DON'T PASS THIS PLACE UP THEY'VE EARNED EVERY DOLLAR!

So disappointing. Frech fries not cooked - essentially raw and cold . Charging 1.30 for hot peppers and barely any on the sandwhich. Asked for Ketchup and Mustard dodnt receive either. Won't order from here again.

The sausage was dry, beef was dry and not enough beef on the sandwich only thing that was good was the Fries. Salad was carefully looked at and chocolate seemed ok. I would like to take Portillo's on Taylor street off and I'll add the one on LaSalle. The meal was horrible.

Chicken Fingers were dried out, and the flavor and portion of the food is just not worth the price point. The grilled chicken sandwich with bacon (on which they forgot to include the bacon) was about $10 and was small, bland, and dry. Our location never includes ordered sauces, and often misses any upgrades ordered. TBH we're just not going to order from here anymore.

I only gave a thumbs down because if the disappointment in the Strawberry Shortcake. All whip cream and berries and a scoop of cake. I ordered 5 and took pics of the 3 we ate and they are all the same. AWESOME FOOD AND SIDES!! 5 🌟
