I haven't had Portillo's in months and had a hankering. This hit the spot. Delicious fries and Spicy Chicken Sandwich.

They gave me what appears to be the last of the cake. $5.00 for a sliver cake of cake. Very disappointing.

My Italian Beef Sandwich was delicious, especially as a late night delivery at 11pm. It was the size I've come to expect from Portillo's. But it was fresh and delicious. I absolutely will be ordering again!

We had the ribs, some hot dogs, french fries, and the breaded chicken. They must have switched to a new vendor. The chicken breast was super thin and overcooked. It was awful. And they sent us 15 orders of fries! We ordered four. The fries were cold. Called Doordash to let them know because Portillos NEVER answers their phone. They also rarely get the orders right. Disappointing.

I made me order close to closing because I gotoff work late. Big order, large Onion Rings, French fries w/ cheese, and a chocolate cake shake. What I was most excited for was my Big Italian Beef Sandwich, opened it and it tasted like dishwater. I love a goo once in a while portillos Beef and never once have been so disgusted by how it tasted. I couldn't tell whether it was the the "gravy" or the meat but I am most unpleasant. This was also not my regular portillos. I LOVE the one in glendale heights on North Ave.
