We ordered 2 beef and Beef & Cheddar Croissants with sweet onions, a Maxwell street polish and Chicken Tenders and large fries. The Char Grilled Maxwell Street Polish Sausage was fantastic and the chicken tenders looked good too, but the Beef & Cheddar Croissants were very disappointing. Very little beef, we had to hunt for the cheese and my sweet peppers were non-existent. No napkins, etc. They were definitely NOT worth the price.

Baked mostaccioli is amazing! Best onion rings around. They forgot half of our order but replaced it immediately. And OMG the chocolate eclair cake? I could eat an entire tray. Every bite was better than the last. Great food, great service!

This is my go-to hot dog place when I'm in town. As a kid my father and I used to hit up Portillo's in Bollingbrook IL every time he had to go to the travel agent, and since those days I've had many good dogs, but for me Portillo's tops the list! [Sorry Nathan's]
Of course the downside of loving the dogs so much.... I have no idea how anything else is besides the fries and the diabetes inducing chocolate cake shake...... but you can't go wrong with Portillo's!

Portillo's is a Chicagoland staple, we always get it when we come in from out of town. Vanilla malt was so good that we're getting another one just for breakfast!
