Fries was waayyy too salty and the cake Chocolate Cake Shake wasn't even blended. It had the cake at the bottom of the cup and the shake on top. Highly disappointed for my first time getting Portillo’s

Minimal beef looks more like the left over meet after it's been dipped. Please fix this I am a 40 year customer from Chicago and this is not how it's done. The gravy bread was okay it was dipped minimum as well but I ordered a side of gravy but the gravy was extremely oily and it over powered any taste of the gravy, onion rings were fried perfectly.

Really expensive and very mediocre. Everything was cold and not fresh. Italian beef sandwich was bland and not flavorful. Onion rings were flavorful but not fresh. Not worth the money

Im from Chicago so I was excited to order a Italian Beef Sandwich the flavor was lacking & it was not not enough meat on the sandwich I like mine exta dipped so I ordered extra gravy on the side & im glad that I did because it wasn't extra dipped as I had ordered. The cake was 10/10.
