We have had Portillo's from another location multiple times. The food was always good, given it was coming from further away. We were excited to see that a location near our house was being built and we decided to give it a try today on DoorDash. The food was absolutely amazing and fresh! Out of the multiple times, we have had it, this was the best. The food itself always has great flavor, is always fresh, always the taste I'm looking for. The portion size is more than you can eat, but you want to order it anyway. The Dasher we got, was amazing as well, I believe his name was Henry, he got it to us very quickly, and it was still piping hot fresh. From ordering to receiving the order was less than 20 minutes during lunch rush on a Sunday. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I hope everybody else gives it a try!

I highly recommend trying the Famous Meal #2: Two Hot Dogs its an explosion of several different flavors, on a cloud soft bun! Fries are good, they did arrive slightly cold. nonetheless make sure you get some of their cheese to dip into. Probably getting this again tomorrow.

Italian beef sandwich with hot peppers dipped was so freaking delicious that I had to call the store immediately after taking my first bike and told them how amazing it tasted. I have not gawked out loud for food like this since discovering the munchies middle school.
Seriously this is what I imagine The Carm sandwiches from FX's original series The Bear taste like.
Don't sleep on this place.

italian beef was okay, but kinda disappointing. it was lacking flavor like the kitchen forgot what salt is, and the one good thing was the peppers and topping, but there was nearly none of it.fries were similarly unseasoned and felt like they've been sitting for a while. cake was good, but its hard to mess up chocolate cake.

never disappoints. the Chili Cheese Dog use natural casing franks. however my only gripe is that i ordered a side of gravy as part of my Italian Beef Sandwich order and I paid for a Side of Gravy but only got one gravy.
