top 5 best Poutine I've had. curds lacking the wonderful squeaks but flavor is spot on. the smoky berry sauce adds a good depth of flavor.

as a celiac household we absolutely adore this food cart. we eat here probably once a week when we can afford it and their food is always delicious and has literally never caused a gluten reaction. we love you guys!

Regular gravy on the Poutine was gray and did not taste good. The fries in both dishes were burnt. Very disappointing food for a place focused on a few menu items.

The Satay Poutine could have been incredible. The critique about the salt heaviness on the fries from other reviews is accurate. It really ruins what should be quality fries and flavor pairings
I can't recommend them without a rebalance of salt. Do not eat these if salt is an issue. This really would push health concerns.
I give it 3 because it's made well and the amount balanced. But the saltiness was really terrible. You can't fix too much salt.
