They screwed up my order. There was barely a smear of avavado, they forgot the mayo completely (when I asked for extra mayo), bacon was mushy and undercooked (and I paid $4+ to add bacon), there was like half a slice of cheese, and I asked for extra onions but there was literally one singular piece of onion. I paid almost $30 for a big sub, it tasted like garbage and they screwed me over - I certainly didn't get what I paid for. Will never eat there again.

So they were out of the fully loaded potato soup and no sugar cookies but instead they gave me broccoli cheddar soup and both the chocolate chip brownie and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. EXCELLENT substitute. The Avo sandwich came on a soft multigrain bread and the salad (which I had for dinner lest y'all think I am a piggy) was delicious. Great experience and wonderful service.

No condiments on the Roast Beef sandwich. Just a dry sandwich. Loaded Baked Potato wasn't loaded no cheese or bacon. Seems they were out of ingredients. I don't know how so many errors could have been made.

It was so yummy! The sandwich was warm, the cookie was the right amount of soft in the middle, and I received exactly what I ordered.

The Powerhouse Salad had black, slimy, wilted strands. Usually pretty good yet not the first time I have gotten old arugula. Not coming back. Panera better.
