Not impressed at all. The turkey sandwich had nothing but a small amount of very thin sliced turkey. There was no cheese, no garnishes as is pictured in the photo of the sandwich. The tuna sandwich consisted of a small amount of tuna and again, no cheese and none of the garnishes shown in the photo. The bread was delicious, but sorry, at almost eleven dollars per sandwich, overall, an overpriced, disappointing purchase.

Broccoli cheddar soup was not soup. Thick, clumpy cheddar and broccoli pieces in a bowl. Bread was too toasted almost brunt. Usually not like this, very bad night.

I got a wreck and it had a sour taste to it like the Mayo was bad. I've been to this location before and it has been fine. I think it's because I got it after 10pm. Maybe the toppings were left out too long.

I ordered a chicken pot pie soup n the gave me two loaded potato soup one small n one big n the the pot pie is more expensive im very upset!

I had a craving for chili, and I didn't want to go to a fast-food restaurant like Wendy's or a burger or hot dog joint. I found a plethora of reviews about Potbelly's chili. I tried it and I love it. I will add a few extra ingredients, such as shredded cheese, a dash of sour cream, and a hint of heat. By itself, very good.
