My first time trying Potbelly and everything was delicious. The Italian sandwich was very filling because I did a Big and added extra meat and cheese. The salad was good as well and very filling as well. Although, I feel like there should have been a bit more lettuce. 

The S'mores cookie was big and soft and I ate it along with my vanilla milkshake (more like dunked it). I think their cookies should be a more  on the thicker side because it does easily break. 

I will most definitely order from here again.

Salad was huge and very filling. It had many unique tastes and was put together very good. Will definitely fill you up at lunch time !

sandwich was made incorrectly so I ended up tossing most of it and the chicken pot pie soup was mostly just watery cream with three peas. Super disappointed.

Soup was thinner than normal and sandwich needed lettuce tomatoes and Mayo. It came as meat cheese only.

Just ordered a chicken club from this place. The sandwiches are great but I just went to pull my sandwich out of the bag and half of it fell onto my table. The person who cut the sandwich decided to cut the wrapping paper with only a little bit holding together.
