Our sandwiches Smoked Ham with Swiss were fresh and tasty. A very good amount of ham with real Swiss cheese. The chips were good too. Kettle style potato chips. We also enjoyed the fresh dill pickle.

The chicken pot pie was unbelievably small. It was about the size of a tea cup. It tasted like canned vegetable soup heated in the oven with canned biscuits' dough. Plus, it was bit salty, but not too salty. I must confess that I didn't check the measurement for the soup in the menu. The price with taxes was almost $9. I would NOt have paid $2 for such a small amount. I was highly disappointed with the small amount. I will not order from them again.

I have had a lot of sandwiches from Potbelly. Tonight may have been the best. A great balanced combination of ingredients combined with a warm toasted bun.Yummy!
But the vanilla shake was to die for. They use premium ice cream that makes the perfect shake. This brought the whole meal together.

TOO SMALL FOR THE PRICE
I was highly disappointed to see a VERY small sandwich that cost me $15. The turkey sandwich was dry but good. It would have been great if they had included a package of mayonnaise, mustard, or have choices added as a check ✔️ on the menu

Best Broccoli Cheddar soup ever! I asked for extra marinara sauce for my Pizza Melt to dip my sandwich and they graciously provided a small cup! Way to go Potbelly for doing that...much appreciated! Great food and quick delivery!
