This a potbelly has been pretty hit or miss with quality and consistency lately. I love Potbelly, but this one has just been off. I ordered a turkey sandwhich with double cheese (extra charge) and there was barely any cheese on the sandwich in general, let alone, not even that much turkey. I also ordered a cup of Mac and cheese ($6) and the cup was not even half full when I opened it. Seems ridiculous to charge that if there's barely anything in the cup. Hoping this Potbelly can get back on track because it used to be great.

My sandwich (a wreck) was sooooooo oily like saturated in oil I did ask for oil but not the whole bottle . The sandwich was sooo soggy . Maybe it was because I got hot peppers too but come on now whoever made it when they did they should have known that was just way too much . Literally soaked the whole bag . The other sandwich was perfect though and so was the shake

I love the Chicken Club! Tastes great and the chicken is always the best. Put some peppers on this sandwich and you'll get some HEAT coming your way.

My wreck sandwich only had a couple pieces of meat and a bit of cheese which was disappointing. Everything else was delicious

Put hot peppers on Italian sub and my toddler couldn't eat it because it was so spicy
