Everything I ordered was absolutely AMAZING!! The Mac and Mac & Cheese was so creamy and cheesy, the Chicken Pot Pie Soup was so flavorful and yummy, the Cubano was a sandwich that was simply delicious and recommend having the spicy peppers with it but even the meat was juicy and flavorful and everything else just made it that much more enjoyable , the Steakhouse Beef was one of the best sandwiches I've had especially with the blue cheese and horseradish aioli and I used cheddar instead of Swiss. Over 10 out of 10

Always love potbelly, but this Skinny Sandwich + Half Salad was a mess on arrrival and the bread was only in one side making it an open faced sandwich, this is not normal. Love the flavor and salad, but quality suffered badly today.

Soups were cold and had no flavor. Sandwiches were a little too burnt- excessive amount of condiments and hardly any meat.
