The food was delicious. Bread was crispy, and they followed specifications. Also, usually, when I order a sandwich with a lot of veggies and sauces, it will be soggy or just slopped together. This was not the case. Every bite was excellent. And my soup arrived hot even though it's cold outside. I ordered the Italian with hot peppers,pickles,onion, mustard, red wine vinegar, and oil.

Both the soup and sandwich were extremely delicious! I never ordered the Big Italian but it is now my favorite. I will save the other half for dinner. Dasher was nice and prompt. I had a bad experience with another sandwich shop ("Underway" ) and I will never order from there again. Potbelly is the best! :)

The food is normally good but the presentation was just not there today. I ordered the Skinny Sandwich + Half Salad and the wreck was overly toasted and my half salad looked like half of a half salad

The Broccoli Cheddar is sooo awesomely delicious, it's thething I can eatwhen Iam sick and my husband knowsmy go to.I wish they soldbit in buckets like this one family restaurant I use to go too

So I ordered soup and tuna Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup. There was hardly any tuna on the sandwich. I ended up with lettuce-tomatoes and cheese....lol. This was my first time trying this place and will not go back.
