The Italian was soooo good. I added all the things I wanted and it was so fresh. It was the perfect consistency and the meat was fantastic. My first time trying this place and definitely not my last time ordering. The portion size was also perfect, not as big as like a subway sandwich, but not too small to where I don't feel full. Love love LOVE!

Sandwich left out toppings and the amount of meat on it is kinda insulting for a 12$ sandwich. Also insane amount of bbq sauce.

Overpriced for what you get. Both our sandwiches were very light and skimped on filling. Tasty, just probably better off going somewhere else for sandwiches. At least if you want to get bang for your buck.

The sandwich is too dry. No toppings, little bit of meat and cheese. and then over $4 for a small bottle of IBC Root Beer. Not worth it. I should have ordered Jimmy John's.

Ordered through DoorDash. Ordered the skinny sandwich + Mac and cheese combo. The store was out of mac, which I only found out when it was delivered as they wrote it on the receipt. Was not substituted with anything, so I had half a meal. Was also out of chocolate brownie cookie, which again, we didnt find out until it got here. Was sent a sugar cookie and oatmeal raisin cookie, neither of which we wanted.
Ordered a Big Italian sandwich- it arrived with nothing on it but meat, cheese, and oil. No lettuce, no requested mayo and mustard. Just a dry, smaller than expected sandwich for $16.
I would've loved any communication so that I could request replacements. Two stars because they sent a free cookie coupon, but will not use because we won't be ordering again.
