I enjoy the experience of ordering and being able to pick various toppings. The flavor and quality of the food is good. However, there is barely any meat on my Italian sandwich - it's mostly the toppings. This should be improved without having to pay more for double meat. Additionally, the Potbelly Whole Pickle is hit or miss. Sometimes perfect, other times complete mush inside. Today's was just starting to go bad at the edges. Please only send pickles that are still good!

Very disappointed. Gave this place another chance and it's the last one. Absolutely nothing on my Tuna No tomatoe. No greens. Not even sure if salt and pepper were involved. Tuna was ok except half a@@ scoops of tuna. Soup and pickle were great! I won't be going back.

Received my wreck sandwich and it is very sad, not a lot of meat and very chintzy. A singular slice of each meat cut in half. Opening the sandwich it looks like they forgot to put meat in it. I used to love this place but this was a letdown.

Brown old wet lettuce. The container wasnt properly clicked together. Egg and salad in bottom of bag. Called to speak with some in charge. Got the "shift leader" and he was afraid to give his name. Sigh.
