Chicken Pot Pie Soup love it! And the Loaded Baked Potato love it! The cookies are next to insomnia cookies for me... the ONLY two places I genuinely love the cookies...

I love potbelly. To me, it's the chic-fil-a of sandwich spots. Are they a BIT pricey, yeah, but youre getting quality ingredients and it's going to be the same every time. I also like that they make things right. I got a chicken club (like i do often) and didnt have bacon. Wanna know what they did when i received my order? Gave me a coupon for a free shake on my next visit.

I ordered 2 Bigs A Wreck® there was no oil on my sandwiches so many jalapeños it was fresh the amount of meat wasn't normal for biggs had to take so many jalapeños off to eat. I'd order it again but I'll have to be there no more deliveries because they don't do right when your not there

Garden Vegetable was like thick veggie chili not a soup, sandwich had sooooo much mustard and oil they need to give an option on how much is placed on a sandwich b/c it was so much my bread was soggy! I won't ever come back here
