Everything we've had has been excellent! We've tried several sandwiches and soups. I'm looking forward to trying the salads as well. The skinny sandwich and cup of soup is a great amount of food at a fair price.

A most delicious lunch! The soup tasted homemade and the Italian sandwich was so good that it made me think to myself "now THAT'S what a sandwich is supposed to taste like!" This place goes to the top of my list!

First off a cold bottle of water was in the bag with my sandwich and cup of potato soup...the sandwich had very few of very thin slices of meat and cheese...I did order the skinny sandwich...the soup was warm...but some of the potatoes were an undercooked....I may try again...

I have ordered from here a couple times in the last week. these are pictures from the second time. I will give them credit for giving me plenty of bacon that I paid extra for, and they made the stock sandwich extremely well. but this order was missing every single extra ingredient I ordered.
the first time I picked up, and one of the to employees told me she would be with me in a moment three different times as each time was the first. that girl was on cloud 9! that order was exactly how I ordered it, except for every single extra topping was in the wrapper, but not on my sandwich.

It was my first time trying Potbelly and I must say the sandwich I had was phenomenal, with the deal they had I was able to get two sandwiches for $16. The sandwich was still warm when I received it. I ordered the Italian. I will definitely be ordering again. Great food Great Price
