National harbor location did an amazinggg jobbbb everything was made fresh portion sizes were great ! I would definitely recommend ordering the A Wreck® chefs kiss!!! They literally made my sandwich with love!

There was no broth in my soup, it appeared like they gave me the scraps of whatever was left. Plus my avocado and apples on my salad wasn't fresh and the salad dressing was warm. On top of all of that the salad had a smell to it like it was going bad.

Soup was extremely watery and did not taste like broccoli and cheese at all. The sandwich was very oily even though i asked for No oil.

The sandwich has SO MUCH mayo on it and looks like everything was just thrown on the bread. I cannot eat it. I love Potbelly, but have never ever experienced one of their sandwiches like this.
