• 9/9/24Grilled Chicken was tasty, fresh, juicy, well done, and at the perfect temperature.
The Zapp's Hotter 'N Hot Jalapeño Chips was tasty and perfectly spicy for my taste buds.
The Gold Peak Green Tea was refreshing and delightfully delicious. And the Customer Service was excellent, both for the wonderful Pot Belly Staff who prepared my meal/order, and also the wonderful Door Dash Driver who delivered the meal/order to me.
That said, thank you very much to everyone who made this a wonderful experience for me today.

• 9/9/25I have been ordering from this chain for over two years. I have noticed in the past six months, the sandwich maker is very sloppy. Often times Mayo is over drenched into the sandwich, the sandwich bread isn't cut with a sharp knife, so it ruins the two halves of the sandwich. If there was another location I could choose I would.
