Awful food. The BLTA had 1 piece of bacon and the avocado was a brown speck the size of a thumb nail. Second attempt for this place. Don't waste your time!

The soup was very thin. It was supposed to be chicken pot pie soup really thin. I get it all the time. I know it's not supposed to be like that the pie crust or whatever goes along with it was not in the bag and the salad was so spicy for some reason it was just terrible my first bed experience, but I'll keep that in mind.

I researched for best subs nearby and this store was listed as the best. Unfortunately, I do not agree. Ordered a tuna sandwich...the bun was overcooked so that it was like hard toast that crumbled...was hardly any tuna inside--about the equivalent of the amount of peanut butter you'd have on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and didn't have the cheddar cheese i'd requested. Also ordered a Mediterranean sandwich...wife found the bun overcooked as well, like hard, crumbly toast, the bacon which she requested added was so overcooked it was hard as a rock...had to remove it from the sandwich and thrown in thrash. The chili and vegetable soup was decent. Had it not been edible, would have given zero stars. Will not order again for this business

There was no bacon on anything that was supposed to have bacon! It's okay because I love potbelly's but I was let down a little because I had a long day at work and this was my dinner! The food wasn't bad but just not what I ordered fr!
