Great deal, great quality. This portion size is great for lunch. I really enjoyed the Italian sandwhich and loved how easy the interface was to modify the toppings. Food was still hot and fresh when I received it. Think I found a great new lunch spot.

Potbelly absolutely delivered today. The Skinny Sandwich + cup of soup combo hit that perfect balance—hearty without feeling heavy. The sandwich was toasted just right with a crisp exterior and warm, melty interior, and the flavors were dialed in across the board. The mac & cheese was creamy, rich, and exactly what you want from a comfort side—no shortcuts there.
The Zapp’s Hotter ‘N Hot Jalapeño chips brought serious heat and crunch, which paired perfectly with the sandwich, and the whole meal just felt thoughtfully put together. Even the freshness stood out—everything tasted like it was made with care, not just assembled.
Easy order, great portions, and honestly one of those meals that just hits. Would absolutely order again.

Veggie Melt was really good. I did ask for no mushrooms and got mushrooms but not a big deal just took them off. Chocolate Brownie Cookie was insane!! Very rich so only had half (it would be amazing with vanilla ice cream lol)

A little bland on the turkey and cheese and veggies. Just slivers of cucumbers. I thought they forgot them!!! Slivers of tomato also. They need to really make them thicker! (The veggie cuts). My friend loved her Italian!

Wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did! The skinny Italian sandwich I had was great, but beware of the hot peppers bc they are HOT lol. Their chicken pot pie soup was my favorite, don't skip the pot pie topping--it was like eating actual pot pie. Will order again!
