Ordered this sandwich for my grandmother. Instructions for the sandwich were not followed. The bread was toasted too hard for her, ingredients were extremely light for vegetarian sandwich, and ingredients were added that was not included in the sandwich nor requested. Usually have a great experience with potbelly, but hers was not so great. Very disappointing would not order again

I ordered the Garden Vegetable and got Chilli! chicken salad was ok portion was little for the price that you gone up for. disappointed about the soup. I really like the veggie soup. if you ran out younshould of called.

Portillos always does my sandwich so beautifully, it always taste exactly how I imagine it. This is my first time trying their Strawberry Shake and it is absolutely delicious

I did not get a chance to eat my Chicken Salad Salad right away, but when I did, it was absolutely filling, flavorful and delicious! Thank you soooooo much! I will be ordering this again.
