The Italian was all bread, very thin portion of meat, and the bread was hard and chewy. Like stale bread that had been toasted before and retoasted. Chili was bland. Very small cup for the price. About a dollar per tablespoon.

I had the delicious Prime Rib Steak sandwich. I ordered it without the garlic aioli because I made a peppercorn morel sauce for it. Magnifique! My roommate had Mama's Meatball sub and he said it was perfect! This is our first experience with Potbelly but it is now in our regular rotation!!!

Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup- the prime rib sandwich is super savory, I aded roasted red peppers to the standard sandwich and it is delectable. The loaded potato soup is also delicious, though I'm not sure I'd classify it as "loaded" because, while it has bacon flavor, it is just creamy soup with chunks of potatoes, unless you pay extra to add bacon and cheese, still, it's yummy as is. My son ordered the turkey and Swiss with broccoli cheese soup and loved them both.
One slight disappointment is that we ordered Toffee Butter Brickle Cookie, received brownie and oatmeal instead, I would rather have had a refund than different cookies, but I get that they want to send what they have available, especially toward the end of the night.
Will definitely order again.

The sandwich was kind of thrown together. Very little condiment use and parts of lettuce was brown. The soup was great after I had to go get a spoon. Requested napkins, which I got. However, no silverware.

Order has been wrong or poor quality 3 out of 4 times. Will not order from here again. They charge way more than other sandwich shops for fewer ingredients, even when adding extra toppings.
