It was extremely dry and hard. Doesn't have most of the things listed in the picture. The size was too small for it to cost that much as well. It was not fresh but I didn't expect that coming from DoorDash. I wouldn't order this again on DoorDash might try again in store.

Sadly the worst type of sandwich place, you see a photo of what's promised and get nothing close to what's shown. we get shown sandwichesthay more orless can't be closed due to amount of stuff, get served somthing closed and not nearly as filled. Mac & Cheese had a good portion for price, but the taste was just bland, sad you can go to arbys, a fast food place, and get better mac and cheese. overall, the taste was good for the sandwiches, and the amount of toppings just didn't add to the photos (lots of companies are getting lawsuits for this, btw). Couldn't tell the difference between my sandwiches in flavor. Won't be ordering again.

it was VERY soggy. VERY imbalanced. Hardly any meat. Veggies were also VERY Soggy. They put vinegar and oil on it every time I ordered from here when I did NOT order the sub with any oil or vinegar. I tried to give them a few chances. I ordered from here 4 diffent times! One time it was the best sub I've had in my life and the Rest were The WORSE. So NO more ordering from here, I'm Done. I will Not be ordering from here anymore.

This is my second time ordering Potbelly and I'll have to say their food is really good!! The sandwiches are always hot and ready when it gets here.
Only slight problem I have is that they mixed up the breads for the sandwiches but it was towards the end of their night and they probably felt rushed. So, I will let it slide but overall 8.5/10 service

Avo Turkey sandwich is very bland, even after adding additional toppings. Broccoli Cheddar soup is disappointing and very floury.
