No sandwich was as described. What was sent was not worth $9-$13 per sandwich. I should have just made sandwiches at home. We will not be reordering from Potbelly.

Chicken salad was chunks of chicken with too much seasoning. Will not order again. On top of that it was very late being delivered.

Second time they've forgotten the chips. Other than that, we love their sandwiches .
