first they forgot an entire sandwich.
then they absolutely drenched my sandwich in ranch and pepper juice. i couldn't even eat with my hands. had to take out the peppers because they put more peppers than the other fillings.
one of the worst potbelly experiences ive ever had.

The Wreck was awesome and my farm house salad was enormous; the Mac and cheese was good but the pot pie topping was terrrible and dried out the product.

The Mac n cheese is tasty, the half salad is the perfect size. However there was no dressing in the bag or already on the salad

Utz Cheese Curls are absolutely fantastic but they are high in both sodium and saturated fats....Oh and the ham sandwich with extra cheese was really good,too!

Potbelly didn't check to make sure my cookie was in the bag before packing it for the door dash driver. Jimmy John's always make sure I have everything I paid for. Ijs.
