I got the BLTA and it was so good! everything tasted fresh and healthy. the bacon was thick and cooked perfectly. I ordered a big for us to have as leftovers but I could only eat a 1/4 of the sub. was very filling. to give a comparison vs subway. I give Potbellys a 10 and Subway a 7. Def recommend!

The salad had two tiny sliced brownish avocado pieces. Maybe enough chicken for a 1/3 of the salad. Tons of lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes so essential a nice garden salad. But that's not what I paid for.

Ordered a chicken salad sub and soup, soup was cold and I received a sub with no chicken salad on it. You read that right. I called the restaurant to be told mistakes happen and they could refund the order or I could come get it, but due to it being on door dash they could not actually refund it and it was a door dash problem.
$24 ... 🙄

Our order was sloppy and major lacking ingredients. The chicken salad sandwich had maybe 10 cubes of chicken total. Both bags of chips were missing from the order. Ok to eat in store if you watch them make it, but do not recommend for door dash.

There was barely any hot peppers on this sandwich and if there was oil and vinegar I couldn't taste it. It was just a bunch of onions
