I had an error with my first delivery. I was mistakenly given another person's sub. I called and spoke to John the manager directly. he was so apologetic and promised he would double check my order if I reordered. The 2nd time was perfect. my sub Turkey Breast was exactly how I requested, a nice portion and the perfect temp. the pot pie soup was hearty, full of veggies and had a nice flaky topping. the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was warm and chewy. not too sweet. the rest of my order was accurate as well. I wouldn't order at a peak time again to ensure accuracy.

Best food. Best value. Try the pot pie soup. Also super nice staff! They left us a note and a cookie because the dream bar was out of stock. Usually other places wouldn't do that.

Potbelly is so good. always accurate, packed perfectly and Delicious. I got the Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup with chicken salad and broccoli and cheddar soup. sandwich was prepared as I ordered. chicken salad was tasty. the soup was lush with broccoli and carrots. perfectly seasoned and not salty. the Chicken Pot Pie Soup was delicious as always. creamy, full of veggies and chicken and not salty. the EggNog Shake was so good. it tastes like frozen egg nog. I appreciate they always include utensils, napkins and straws.

we haven'tordered from hete in a while theSweet Heat Pork BBQ andSmoked Ham sandwiches wee great, but must smaller than we remember. the Mac & Cheese was just OK - not as good as Panera. the Chocolate Brownie Cookie was missing from order. the Sugar Cookie was god.
