I used to get Potbelly a lot years ago because it was consistently good regardless of the lcation I went to.
I haven't had it in a few years and had a taste for one of their salads.
The portions are smaller for more cost. The greens were wilted, the chicken tasted off, the tomatoes were mealy/old, and there was no hummus as advertised. Huge bummer and waste of money.

Two weekends ago, I ordered and received some great sandwiches. I received the wrong item in a cup but it was still good. Now today, the BIG sands looked like they were made on a long breadstick. Soup spilling over. Kinda disappointing. The food still tasted fine, it just was a lot less bread than expected and received before.

Pot pie Chicken Pot Pie Soup is perfect for cold weather. The chili mac is delicious! The prime rib Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup really hot the spot!

Got the wreck, its supposed to have the most meat on it and every time ive gotten it from this store recently I feel like they skimp on the meat as well as dont care how its just thrown together. Used to be one of my favorite spots to eat and its slowly turning me off from the whole franchise

I got broccoli cheese soup but thats okay. Maybe the Mac & Cheese was still heating up. The soup was good and hot. Sandwiches: good. I like that there was a lot of lettuce but it could have had an extra slice of meat The cookies need to be baked more for our tastes. .
