Soup was phenomenal but the sandwich was missing half of the items requested (no mayo, mustard or caramelized onions). I would order from Potbelly again but probably not this location because my sandwich was terrible with the missing items. Please be mindful of the orders placed and make sure they are fulfilled correctly in the future. Unfortunately this felt like a waste of money today.

The bag of cookies were very hard today. Doesn't taste like they were freshly made.
The prime rib sandwich was excellent as usual

First time in DC and saw this place when driving by in the taxi to my hotel. Decided to try it. Was pretty good! Sandwich a little toastier than I prefer but otherwise good! Chili was also good, I like to try it from different places but being from Hawaii, I forget it doesnt normally come with rice lol.

Paid an extra $2 for bacon in my soup and there was no bacon. Broccoli cheddar soup texture was also pretty bad

The Mediterranean was VERY salty- I usually get this sandwich and have never had this problem. Hard to eat
