Delicious! We both got A Wreck® and they were so good.. that spicy relish is spicy! The Chili was very tasty, just perfect. Highly recommend Potbelly!

The meatballs were flavorless. The bread was extremely hard. It was clearly old and not stored properly. That goes for the Italian as well. I couldn't even eat it.

The last 2 times I've ordered from here my sandwich has been 1 slice of each type of meat and 1 pickle basically a bread sandwich

Kinda hurts have to write this as the food is normally outstanding. The sandwhich was a soggy mess. The cheese sauce for the mac&cheese, which is usually rich and creamy, was a mess of powdered chunks and noodles. And the whole pickle was frozen! Super disappointed in you today Potbelly.
