I've had the steakhouse beef at another location in downtown before, not only was it a lower price but the quality was significantly higher. If you order from here, not only was the meat raw in certain places, many of the cuts of beef were covered in disgusting amounts of fat. Avoid at all costs.

I've been eating at Potbelly for years. The salads are the best, and they reign supreme when it comes to the shakes. I always top off my meal with a dream bar. Oh! And I have never visited a store that did not have really cool ppl working there. Always a good experience.

Ordered sandwich, Farmhouse and Powerhouse Salads today. Very tasty and packaged well. We love their salads. Unfortunately we had to hunt in our office building for our order; it was left at lower level entry near mailboxes not brought to our medical office as noted in order delivery instructions.

it's usually so delicious, but this order was disappointing. bacon was completely burned, missing veggies, bread soggy, and the chicken didn't taste very good. not sure what happened this time.
