Ordered my normal sandwich, they forgot the hot peppers. It's been a long time since I had Potbelly without the hot peppers, and it was a bit of a shock at how bland it was. I don't know if they've changed suppliers since they were acquired by RaceTrac, but needless to say the sandwich was a worthless disappointment without the hot peppers.
I'm not sure if I'll continue to order from Potbelly, but I can guarantee that if I do I'll be 100% sure to check for the hot peppers after picking up.

I usually enjoy my order but not this time. Soup was tasteless and scorching hot. Bread was over toasted for my sandwich and the meat wasn't that great

my Broccoli Cheddar barely had any Broccoli & my salad i requested NO HUMMUS and it was on there. I don't eat Hummus & I ordered extra chicken in which it was minimal. I'm not a happy person at all.

They food is threw together. If you love bread this is the place for you be they don't put enough ingredients on the "sandwich". This is the last time I'm going to order from this location.

store took over an hour to prepare my Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup, they communicated 30 minutes after the order had been placed to the dasher that i would be 30 minutes to be ready. they did not communicate with me that they did not have the item available before a certain time, just kept delaying the order, to the point where it was over an hour for pickup.
