I love the taste of the Broccoli Cheddar soup, however they tend to be inconsistent with the quality; as some times it is runny and not nice, creamy and thick like it can be. Also, they also skimp sometimes on filling the to go container all the way. Other than that, I really do love the soup and the Bag of Mini Cookies are so yummy. I love ya Potbelly so please don't do me wrong and I'll keep on coming back.

A Wreck® was good as always and I think ya'll have a new fan, one of my coworkers who never had Potbelly's before. Loaded Baked Potato was pretty flat, a little disappointed, Zapp's Salt & Vinegar Chips 😋 yummy, Sugar Cookie was off the hook. One of the best I've ever had. Coke one of my favorite drinks.

Saddest excuse for a sandwhich I have ever seen. It was just two pieces of bread and like a sliver of turkey. Salad was also small (but expected) and mostly lettuce.

Bread is way to soft like they don't even toast it ! This one disappoints every time I wish it was a way I can change the locations . This sandwich was 2/10 very soft and dry . Same thing every time maybe they need a new toaster

The sandwiches might be okay but stay away from those zaps potato chips. the alleged 1.5 oz bag is nothing but air. I got maybe four chips out of that bag. stay away from the chips!
