If I didn't love these sand so much, I'd probably stop ordering from here. Same price for less food but the food is always fresh and delicious. Inflation! What can we do? Best chicken salad in town! Chocolate shake is awesome too if you haven't tried it!

Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup was a big disappointment! The beef was supposed to be rib eye, but it tasted and felt like plastic because it was dry and had a lot of gristle. Bread was rubbery and the sandwich was tasteless. Needless to say, most of it ended up in the garbage! I ordered the Mac and cheese as the side and it was bland also. After I "doctored" it up with cheddar cheese and some spices it was edible!

The Chicken Salad sandwich is what I get most every time. It's a classic that doesn't disappoint! I like it best on flatbread!

The Wreck sandwich was dry & my grandson couldn't eat it. My Italian was also very dry & the bread was stale. I will NOT be ordering from Potbelly again. The only thing that was good was the soup & that was barely warm.
