Heard a lot about Potbelly and how good the shakes and sandwiches were, and they didn't disappoint. The Banana Pudding Shake and the Italian sanwich was absolutely delicious and the best I've ever had! Will definitely be one of my favorite lunch spots!

My second time having them and I am extremely happy. Broccoli Cheddar soup was better than Panera and it was still quite warm when I got it. The Turkey Breast sandwich was great, perfect size, fresh toppings and customizations were all correct. I wish there was one closer to my house, I would be there all the time.

For $12+ the Italian sandwich was pretty small and over 50% lettuce. The lettuce also had huge chunks of stems in it, basically a bag of salad mix. The Banana Pudding Shake was also undersized versus other restaurants, pretty bland too. Can't see trying it again, especially without the coupon.

Had this today for the first time for lunch. Order Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup , loaded baked potato soup and tuna fish. Lemme tell ya, I'm not a soup guy typically, soup was absolutely delicious and the tuna fish was just as delicious. I work downtown and this will become a typical place for me. Only we forgot to order the pickle, won't do that again. Wife orders it all the time and it's yummy too!!

Craving soup? Ordered a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar and a bowl of Loaded Baked Potato soup and they were so delicious. Both were think and creamy and full of so much flavor. Added bacon and cheese to the top and they did not skimp. Bacon was cooked perfectly. Order arrived piping hot and quickly. Thanks for a fantastic dinner on a chilly fall night.
