Consistently happy ordering from them, both for quality of food as well as getting food orders right. Tried the Farmhouse Salad for the first time and it was perfect, even the amount of dressing (I usually want extra)

Potbelly is hands down my favorite restaurant. The food is always fresh and tasty. I always get the Multigrain Veggie with provolone, swiss, blue cheese, red peppers, mayo. Mustard, hot peppers, avocado, onion and seasoning. Can't forget about the broccoli and cheese soup 😋

tiny little disappointing sandwich... I'm sure somebody would love this. tiny little sandwich for $10 but I've had sandwiches way bigger for that much. same quality

The food was extremely cold, cheese not melted, it didn't look like they toasted it. As you can see from the photo they doused it with mayo, barely taste anything else. Also the salad came with no dressing, or hummus on side as I requested. Disappointed it was only 3 toppings of each included, just s dry Powerhouse Salad. Dasher was great he got here fast, & bag was sealed.
