Burnt my sandwich, used an obscene amount of mayo, and was missing ingredients. Made up for it with more mac and cheese than expected.

The sandwich was over toasted/burnt and the soup the never put the extra topping. they charge for it but never add it.

I'm not sure who's at fault. Doordash or Potbelly. I ordered the "Wreck." What I received was 2 pieces of bread with 2 slices of meet and melted cheese. Everytime I've ordered the "Wreck" it came with all these other toppings. That why it has that name for a reason. my milkshake was half full when it arrived. Not 1 napkin. ridiculous
