Chocolate Brownie Cookie is sticky and delicious, verrrry chocolatey & the Banana Pudding Shake is creamy and smooth. My gf always gets the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap and loves it and I like the skinny BLTA w/ feta, provolone, onions, pickle & garlic ailoi..wish there was an option to go light on the sauce in the app but overall definitely worth twenty bucks each.

It was extremely dry and hard. Doesn't have most of the things listed in the picture. The size was too small for it to cost that much as well. It was not fresh but I didn't expect that coming from DoorDash. I wouldn't order this again on DoorDash might try again in store.

it was VERY soggy. VERY imbalanced. Hardly any meat. Veggies were also VERY Soggy. They put vinegar and oil on it every time I ordered from here when I did NOT order the sub with any oil or vinegar. I tried to give them a few chances. I ordered from here 4 diffent times! One time it was the best sub I've had in my life and the Rest were The WORSE. So NO more ordering from here, I'm Done. I will Not be ordering from here anymore.

This is my second time ordering Potbelly and I'll have to say their food is really good!! The sandwiches are always hot and ready when it gets here.
Only slight problem I have is that they mixed up the breads for the sandwiches but it was towards the end of their night and they probably felt rushed. So, I will let it slide but overall 8.5/10 service
