I love their Chicken Pot Pie Soup , my one complaint is their bowl size is the same as their cup for DD orders, which is a little crappy since you pay more for a bowl of soup than you do for the soup and sandwich combo.

You can tell the shakes are made freshly and I really enjoyed them not being so thick and heavy. The food was pretty great too! Potbelly over Panera any day - great first visit!

I know I ate lunch at a different Pot Belly's for lunch when I worked on DC, I thought wow it would be nice to have chili and a wreck like I had before. I could not eat the chili. It had no taste and seemed as if it was left over tomatoes. The wreck was poorly assembled and had no taste.

I had the Italian sub "big" this was hard choice for me. I normally order from Subway or Jersey Mikes, both have much bigger and better Italian subs. Maybe next time I'll try something different. Not a bad sub just not worth the money.

Always so so good. Chicken Pot Pie Soup is delicious and the Italian sandwich is my favorite
