Sandwiches are always well distributed. Ingredients are always fresh. Cookies are super yummy and it's just a great thing to have for your family or treat some workers to in your home.

Very good sandwiches at Potbelly great soup too. I I've been eating there for years and never had anything X. I'd recommend the subs or chili

I selected/paid for a bowl of soup. Rather than giving me two cups, they gave me two cookies (that ifidnt ask for), im assuming to make up for the fact that they gave me a cup instead of a bowl. Although I do appreciate the effort to make up for it, more soup would have been the more appropriate solution. I didnt want cookies. Ive tried to try potbelly as a first timer twice via door dash and both experiences were... strange. Tasted the soup. Soup is fire, which upset me even more.

Everything is now super salty. It's not the same place that it was in the 1990s.
