The packaging of some items could be better, but overall it was good. The Pizza Melt is my absolute favorite. I added the garlic aioli to the sandwich, and it was off the hook. The Half Salad + Cup of Soup was good. I got the chicken salad and cup of broccoli and cheese soup. Next time I'll add extra chicken salad though. The bowl of chili with the crackers was tasty, hot and cheesy. Finally the oatmeal and chocolate chip cookie was delicious as always:)

While the flavor is good, I ordered "original, double meat" for both the Wreck and the Grilled Chicken, and "Double Cheese" on the Chicken. The wreck was the size of a "Skinny". Neither were double meat or double cheese, which means I spent an extra $12 for something I didn't get. I will however, say they were both grilled quite well!

I was craving a sub but I didn't want no subway due to them ALWAYS giving you old stale bread. So I gave Potbelly a try. Man oh man they did not disappoint at all. I ordered A Wreck® my bread was fresh and soft. They put enough sauce and veggies on the sub. No skimpy on toppings. My sub was made to perfection 👌🏽. They did not forget anything.

Sandwich was real good , but I was over charged. I pay for a big sandwich and receive an original. I'm pretty familiar with their sizes because I been going to potbelly's for 3 years. Didn't realize till I got to work.

I'm happy to say tonight's order was a 10/10:)- The Pizza Melt was hot, fresh and so yummy. It had all the melty goodness that made it my favorite. Thanks to the Potbelly staff that erased the bad service from many months ago. I'll order again and fingers crossed for consistency.
