first time trying Potbelly's and was NOT disappointed! I ordered theA Wreck® with nearly everything with the spicy ranch. this sandwich cleared my sinuses! I also ordered a Potbelly Whole Pickle but they cut it into spears and it made a mess :( but it was a delicious garlic pickle! and the Chocolate Brownie Cookie was soft, chewy and wonderfully chocolate :D over all, 10/10 satisfied

Italian was not good, there is very little for the money and not tasty, bread is okd and weird, got better sandwiches from grocery stores

soup was bland, sandwich had no cheese, bread was hard,chicken salad no flavor, the cookie was overcooked and tasted burnt on the edges

I LOVE the Broccoli Cheddar soup! It's so thick, creamy and cheesy! It's now one of my favorite soups! Highly recommend
