The chocolate shake with strawberry ice cream is to die for!! I never tried the combination before but it absolutely works!! The portion size of the sandwich is amazing and fills me up every time, definitely will order again :)

First time trying this restaurant. I ordered Mac and cheese and made the Italian sandwich into a wrap. The Mac and cheese was creamy and not clumpy. I think it was white cheddar Mac & Cheese. Very tasty and too bad it wasn't in a larger container. The Italian wrap was delicious too. Good flavor. The wrP itself is thicker but not less good in flavor. Definitely will order from potbell Sandwich again.

Sandwiches are consistent and the spicy pickles are awesome, but I never understand how adding a cookie and a drink doubles the cost of lunch. I never walk out under $15.

The avo turkey had very light meat and toppings. There was more bread than sandwich. This location is proving to be unreliable in quality.
