My sandwich was not fully wrapped when I got it, is definitely not lightly toasted, and the meat doesn't even cross the whole bread. Im very disappointed because I spent $20 and im still hungry because im not eating something that I don't want. Im about to delete this app because this is not my first time experiencing dissatisfaction. It's like they don't care about take out orders because when im in the store, my food is always right.

I ordered my food at 12:08. I arrived to pick it up after 20 minutes then had to wait another 30 minutes for my order as I watched about 20 people enter the store and order and get their food before me. I told them
I was waiting for my food and they apologized and said they were short handed but they still kept helping those on line in the store while
My mobile order was left untouched. It ended up taking 50 minutes from the time they received my order to the time they handed it to me. This was unacceptable in my opinion.

In town for work ordered a sandwich at hotel.The bread was obviously toasted too long and was like a brick. Anyone who made the sandwich would have known this but allowed it to go out anyway. Awful. Last time I order here.

The sandwich was prepared nicely, but the chicken tasted like it was reheated or a day old. It didn't taste freshly made that day. Everything else was great.
